As a Regional Sales Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by proactively developing leads, maintaining customer relations and selling company products within your assigned region. As a Regional Sales Manager you will
Sell high pressure, hard surface cleaning systems as well as runway rubber and stripe removal machines
Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
Schedule and execute demonstrations of hard surface cleaning equipment
Provide equipment training to end users and channel partners
Negotiate pricing, terms and prepare sales proposals
Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms
Keep current on trends from both market and technical standpoints
Who we're looking for?
Rock stars with 5-10 years of capital equipment sales experience and documented success
College educated professionals with a marketing or technical background
Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with product solutions
Knowledge of industry and applications
Approximately 50% travel within assigned region
Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal and professional growth
Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
