About Us

Cyclone technology began in the 90’s in Arizona, when Richard Rohrbacher invented the Cyclone head.  A cleaning head that used wind force to clean and gather the water, completely eliminating the costly and noisy vacuum that all other rubber removal and hard surface cleaners use. Initially Rohrbacher used the technology for contract cleaning, but soon after, airports, colleges, event centers and amusement parks were clamoring to purchase the hard surface cleaning machines for themselves. In 2003 Cyclone Technology as a manufacturer and seller of these inventive machines was born and in 2009 the first ultra high pressure rubber and paint remover was delivered.

Today Cyclone Technology has a machine in almost every state in the US and many countries across the globe. We work hard to bring our customers the best of the best, by the best of the best. Our goal is to provide the best in rubber removal technology to guarantee safe runways for every airport in the world. We work closely with our sister company Skidabrader, who provides surface retexturing to restore and improve the friction coefficient on roads and runways. Skidabrader Group is run by Bard Capital, Richard Bard and partner Stephen Klugherz.

Not only are our products top-rated, but we work with each customer on a personal level, tailoring the machines to their needs. We use high quality parts and each machine is hand crafted to make sure you are getting the best product. Our knowledgeable sales team and technicians are always here to answer any questions you may have about the products or our company.
